Reshipping of items due to the wrong address being entered will result in additional fees. We are not responsible for the time/ fees of an item being held at customs. We fold all fabric items in mailers and all fine art items are packaged in tubes to conserve integrity during transit. On rare occasions, tracking might not be available for some countries.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
If a print gets damaged during shipment, we will send you a replacement print. Please note that there are no replacement prints for Artist Proofs. Kindly take a photo of the damaged package or print and email alexgarantart@gmail.com with your order number and a short explanation.
